Mr. Prasad provides strategic leadership and direction to the firm. He has rich experience in Taxation – Direct Tax & Indirect Tax, Statutory Audit, Company Law matters, Statutory Bank Audit and Concurrent Audit.

Mr. Prasad has worked in RITES LIMITED, PSU (Under Ministry of Railway) before starting practice from Jan, 2010 to March, 2019. He used to lead the internal audit department of RITES LIMITES. Mr. Prasad has good knowledge of Contract for project management consultancy and others. Mr. Prasad has total experience of 11 years in various Industry and more than 7 years in practice. Mr. Prasad also did certificate course in concurrent audit and Corporate Social Responsibility from ICAI and having reach experience of Project contract and compliance under CSR activities and strategies.
